Youth participants range in age from 9 to 13 and are those individuals who are participating in travel or school sports. Our youth training program will create a foundation of proper form in linear, lateral and multi-directional speed. Conditioning exercises consist of body weight and medicine balls. These classes include a high level of athletic conditioning — classes are challenging, but fun.
SESSION ARE TWO TIMES EACH WEEK FOR 60-MINUTES
Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm

$75/per month
